Made to order
Our sweatshirts and T-shirts are printed to order by our partner workshops. Allow 1 to 3 working days of production before dispatch.
Delivery times
The estimated lead time is shown on each product page, above the add-to-basket button:
- Sweatshirts and T-shirts — 5 to 15 working days in total, including production.
- Internationally shipped items (kids' jumpers) — 15 to 25 working days. These items say so clearly on their product page.
These lead times are estimates. Under Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after it is confirmed.
Orders in several parcels
Our items come from several partner workshops. An order containing items from different workshops therefore arrives in several parcels, on different dates, and you'll receive a tracking number for each parcel. You only pay one delivery charge: we cover the difference.
Ordering for Christmas
For delivery before 25 December, order:
- before 1 December for sweatshirts and T-shirts;
- before 20 November for internationally shipped items.
After these dates we keep shipping, but we can no longer guarantee arrival before Christmas Eve.
Tracking
An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 working days, email us at contact@aupieddusapin.fr: we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Wrong address and unclaimed parcels
Please check your address before confirming: an order that has already been dispatched can't be redirected. A parcel returned because of an incorrect address, or left unclaimed, will be sent out again at your expense, or refunded excluding delivery.
Customs and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. They are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
