Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason or paying any penalty.

If your order is delivered in several parcels — which can happen, see our shipping policy — the period starts from receipt of the last item.

Our sweatshirts and T-shirts are printed to order from the designs in our catalogue: they are not personalised, so they remain covered by the right of withdrawal.

How to let us know

Email us at contact@aupieddusapin.fr with your order number and the items concerned. You'll get a reply within 48 working hours with the return address.

Sending the item back

You have 14 days after informing us to send the item back (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). The item must come back in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with its labels.

Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or doesn't match your order — in that case we cover it in full. We recommend a tracked service: without proof of postage, a lost parcel cannot be refunded.

Refund

Your refund is issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of postage, whichever comes first (Article L221-24). It is paid back to the payment method used for the order.

We refund the price of the item plus the delivery charge originally paid.

Damaged item or a mistake on our part

Send us a photo at contact@aupieddusapin.fr within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or refund it in full, return postage included, without you having to pay anything upfront.

Statutory guarantees

Independently of this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
